This is a strange company. The first time we used them to remove a tree we loved their work. THEN, in June of 2020, we were lulled into paying a deposit and foolishly gave him the balance the day he was supposedly coming to do the work. He never showed up. He gave us nothing but excuses for a time and, finally, no reply at all. I have found there is a local community of fellow victims of this fraud. You can find several small claims judgements against him (James Morgan) in local courts. There is a reason he has deleted all reviews from his Facebook page.
Assuming any good reviews are not fakes, using BranchWalker is like playing the lottery. Plan on losing your money. But he talks a good game.
