Completely unreliable! Did not show for a confirmed ride from Yonkers to JFK in April 2022. The next day I received an apology email with the promise of a free ride the next time I needed one. When I called in June of 2023 they would not honor their promise. I had the email and they said the fleet manager who sent the email (Joseph Sciortino) had died and they would not honor it.
