This dentist has INJURED me during a visit and is REFUSING to help fix the PERMANENT DAMAGE they have caused. I am in massive pain every single day from the injuries associated with their Dentist doing poor work on a simple filling. I am in constant pain and cannot stop the pain that they caused on 6/14 by over drilling a simple filling and striking through to the nerve. I cannot enjoy food anymore as barely biting down is excruciating pain as it feels like a sharp needle is being jammed into my nerve. I had originally visited the dentist for two fillings. One was on the left side of my mouth and the second was on the right side. The dentist stated that my right side needed a crown and the left side just needed a simple filling. The crown seemed very unnecessary and asked if I could do a filling for each side so that I could save well over $1000. Dr McDonald stated yes he can do two fillings instead. The only risk would be that the right side tooth that he felt should have a crown would be that a filling might last a short time but that no real risk would be associated other than that. He explicitly stated that my left side tooth would be perfectly fine to add a simple filling and that it would be no issue at all. WRONG. Hours after I left the office, the numbing agent wore off and the excruciating pain began on my tooth on the LEFT side which was the tooth he stated would be no issue to do a simple filling on. The doctor brought me back in to see the cause of the pain which was revealed that they drilled too much and I now require a root canal or they will have to pull the tooth entirely
