Disappointed with service. It took 55 minutes to get our food from when we sat down. Waitress & food server weren't properly trained & paying attention. Food arrived lukewarm. When manager asked me, I expressed my feelings. She made no offer to adjust the bill, but a lot of excuses after I told her I wasn't satisfied. I told her that Texas Roadhouse has never been slow in the past or failed to satisfy me. She couldn't have cared less. BTW, this restaurant is new to Lubbock TX. It doesn't leave a good impression.
