At least everyone here got their product. I got charged and never even got the monitor I ordered. Congratulations from going Graduating from weak Supplier to Scam artists! I placed an order for a rather expensive computer monitor, it hadn’t delivered in over a month. I called the Company and they said to check with Fedex because their warehouse said they shipped it. I called Fedex and they confirmed they never actually received the package from the supplier, this company wanted to blame COVID on why maybe FedEx was taking so long when I’ve been getting other package delivered from FedEx all month long. The customer service rep suggested that I “try purchasing the same monitor and maybe we can refund you” are you kidding me? So that I can lose MORE money from these people? Do NOT buy from this place!

Advertised and sells items they do not have available. After I week without my laptop arriving I emailed and was told that it was out of stock and I along with all other affected customers would soon be refunded.

I had an item in my basket ready to purchase and the price increase $120 in the process of checking out. I spoke with and emailed someone repeatedly and the original price was not honored. Horrible way to do business

ordered item and received an email that "your order has shipped". In fact, a Fedex label had been printed but nothing had shipped. 2 weeks later, still not shipped. Joe in customer service siad he would check on it - 2 days later, still no response.

I ordered a computer and all the components for my son for Chrismas. My order from Buyvpc.com arrived before my order from Amazon which was ordered at the same time. I was extremely happy with my purchase and so was my son! :)

If zero was an option I would rate it with zeroes across the board. Upon receipt of my order I was shocked to find a ~$350 laptop in place of the $820 laptop I ordered. I am still awaiting a refund so that I can replace the Holiday gift but now I will have to pay a lot more due to the item being on sale. Upon calling them out on the "bait and switch" they pulled (I'm not the only one, there are TONS of people on Newegg that got scammed by BuyVPC.com) I am now waiting around with $800 tied up in their system missing out on deals by the day with NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!!!
