I do not see how this company is being top rated.. our review is based on pure lack of communication....every year we have been unable to contact this company only after by some miracle you're able to get through their busy line or someone finally gives you a call back., And that is after several attempts.,.There is no reason you should have to deal with this type of lack of communication...within the past week my husband has tried to call three times and to no avail, it goes directly to a busy signal or not able to leave a message.... We have a contract with them ...!!?? do you think that a customer would you be happy with almost total lack of communication when you have a contract with them?
I honestly cannot give this company a good review based on communication. This needs to improve greatly. We have no alternative but to cancel this contract due to simply lack of communication. this company was recommended when we bought our home almost four years ago, and to anyone who reads this review do not choose this company if you are given other choices for a termite pest control contract when you purchase a home.
If this company is that busy, then either get another phone line, or check your lines to make sure your phone lines are working properly, and call customers back when they, by some miracle, are able to leave a message.
