On 12/12/23 at 5:58pm I did an online consultation for a horrible toothache I was experiencing. I received a confirmation email stating the following. Congratulations! We have received your consultation. You will be notified by email when your same-day prescription is ready. Here is your receipt. Receipt Details Transaction ID 120169697502 Date 2023/12/12 Treatment Dental Infection Payment Type Card

Treatment Dental Infection Payment Type Card
Amount $39.99 Total $39.99 I was told it would take
4-6 hours for my prescription to be sent to the
pharmacy. 16 hours later at 9:52am I text and emailed
them to cancel the prescription and issue me a refund.
Their refund policy states: REFUND POLICY TERMS I
am aware that I have a full refund option at any point
before The CareMD sends my prescription. Once a
medical professional has finished your treatment plan
and sent your prescription to your pharmacy or
completed your request, our consultation fee is no
longer refundable. I requested a refund before a
prescription was sent. At 6:43pm on 12/13/23 I
received an email stating that a prescription was sent
to my pharmacy. I emailed them multiple times asking
for a refund because I cancelled 8:43 hours before the
prescription was sent. I was well within the timeframe
for a refund. When I ask if I’m getting a refund they
don’t respond. This has been a horrible experience
