I appreciate the svcs Carter Vet Svcs provides for my horse. I especially appreciate Dessie’s willingness to answer my questions so I am a more informed horse owner and client.

Carter Vet Services has been a constant reliable support for my horses care and well-being for several years now and I can always depend on them to be there for me. The worst scenario for a horse owner is to have a sick or injured horse. Knowing I have quality support just a phone call away is priceless in my opinion and I'm glad to have Carter Vet on my team.

Dr Blaney and Amy were wonderful!!!! I was so worried about Napoleon because his breathing was so labored (42 per min) and they calmed my fears not only about his current condition, but Dr Blaney being a grad of Clemson (where we will be moving) helped me feel better about the transition there! Special thanks to Dr Portman for getting his shots/coggins done so easily this year (15 min vs. 2.5 hours last yr!) and to Aubrey who always takes care of getting his meds/billing in a timely manner!! I love all of you and will miss you terribly!

Always thorough when treating my horse for routine exams or injury. Very professional, kind and compassionate. Very responsive, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Dessie Carter.

I've been very happy with the prompt responses when I've needed a vet. Dr. Portman has been coming most frequently and has really gotten to know my horses. She is great at answering questions and talking through and explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. So glad you serve my area!
