Please, for the love of your furbabies do not take your dogs here. This place does not listen, they will do the opposite you ask, and if you have a problem they will call you a liar and mistreat you. They also have a universal cut for all dogs which does not work on so many breeds of dogs and types of coats. If you look at their facebook page you can see the cut they do. I brought in my Morkie below, for her first grooming, and asked them to not trim her puppy hair on her neck, back, sides, and tail. They took ALL of it off! It was beautiful and wispy and perfect and it was completely gone. They did the complete opposite of what we asked. They also left it completely uneven. She had whole tufts of hair sticking out. Half of her body was longer than the other.Looks like one person cut one side and another cut the other side.They also over charged me $30 for both of my dogs than they quoted me over the phone. They said $25-30 for morkie because she is small and $35 for my yorkipoo, so $65 max. I was charged $96. I didn't want to cause a fuss so I didn't say anything while checking out. But when I got home and saw where I wrote it down I was surprised. When they brought them out, they didn't show me my morkie before I payed. They held her covering her up with their back facing me until I was done paying. When I saw her I was SHOCKED. All of her beautiful puppy fur that will never grow back the same was completely gone. Lesson learned, do not pay any groomer before you see your dog. Especially if they seem to be intentionally hiding them. That whole evening both of my dogs were lethargic, sad, and no energy. I strongly question how they treated them, as my yorkipoo has been groomed before at a different place and she has had her nails done at a different place and they have been completely fine and happy. When we talked on the phone with the owner the next day trying to calmly explain our problem she screamed at us and made excuses, gaslighted us, and treated us terribly. Which if this is how she treats people, it scares me at how she treats animals behind closed doors, seeing how our dogs acted when they got home. She also accused us of lying saying my mom was not there for the conversation until I got on the phone and told her I was there and told her what I told her employee. After she screamed at us and I told her what I asked for, she told me all she can do is give us a refund. Never once did she apologize for the issue or for her behavior. Her level of professionalism is shocking. Here are some pictures of before and after. She is so sad and cowered in the car once she felt comfortable. It wasn't until the next day she was high spirited again. This place is absolutely ridiculous and is a complete joke. For the love of your furbaby and yourself and your money do not waste a second or a dime at this forsaken place. Also as a side note they seem to have been running some sort of babysitting business or something as well. When I checked in my dogs the lady I talked to was holding like a 2 year old and then allowed him to walk around under the tables where dogs sat, around the cutting and trimming tool and while people were actively cutting dogs hair. Not to mention all the fur floating around that any babies especially young ones can inhale and choke on. I'm not one to tell others how to parent their kids, but if a dog gets anxious and bites a baby, that dog and the owner, and the business, is in big trouble. It is concerning seeing a business that doesn't prioritize safety for pets and children and that allows other people's little kids and babies to be in a shop with so many potential dangers. When I was picking up my dogs a couple was dropping off their very young baby to be in an environment of so many potential dangers and if your dog is the one that might bite a kid that is messing with it then your dog may get a punishment that it doesn't deserve. It is such a risk on so many levels to bring your pets here.
