Amazing! This was the second time I've needed to call about our SubZero. The first time, Adrian diagnosed the issue over the phone and he was right. We had a quick turnaround appointment for an extremely good price. Then, over this past weekend I sent an email to him about another issue. Before I even woke up on Monday (!) he had called and left a voice mail with an idea on how to troubleshoot it. It worked! I am stunned and so pleased. I recommend Adrian wholeheartedly...not only is he an expert on SubZeros but the way he runs his business should be a model for everyone else. Just wow.

Adrian at Centric Sub-Zero Repair is simply the best! We found him years ago when looking for someone to repair our aging Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. He's extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of Sub-Zeros, always on time, and a great communicator. He's also a genuinely nice person. We can't recommend him highly enough!!

Adrian is a competent, kind, talented and very responsive professional. He is not caviler with money or aggressive repairs, rather advises of what is needed, and where is the best use of money to repair the existing. He has serviced and worked on my Sub Zero freezer and fridge for many years,. Always on time, works clean, and very communicative. he is a great tool and asset to have available.

My experience with Adrian is that he has been extremely responsive, prompt, and, most important, knowledgeable and highly competent in repairing my Subzero freezer and other appliances. For those reasons, I recommend him without any reservations.

Centric Sub Zero repair is THE BEST!!! We have always had Sub-zeros and until Centric it was very difficult to find qualified technicians to work on them. I'm so grateful to have found Centric! They are professional, knowledgeable and HONEST! We had a 10 year old sub-zero and we were having issues with the ice maker. Adrian suggested I call to see if a part was under warranty. I would never have thought to call. The part was under warranty and thanks to Adrian, we saved hundreds of dollars! They don't make you wait hours, they show up when they say they will....and they carry parts on their truck! Centric is the gold-standard!Run..don't walk to call them. You will be so pleased!

Had such an impressive experience with this company that I felt compelled to write a review. I sent an urgent request for service for my non-working refrigerator at 10pm last night. I received a phone call at 8am this morning from the owner, Adrian, who was in my area and could be onsite by 9:30am. Adrian arrived on-time, and after 15 minutes, I had a diagnosis and an estimate. By 10:30am my frig was working again. I wish every company had this firm's commitment to fast, diligent, and customer-focused experience. Adrian even discounted the charge he had estimated because he was able to get it done faster than he expected. Seriously? Highly recommend!!

Adrian was incredible. He was on time, fixed the problem immediately and explained what was wrong with our Sub-Zero refrigerator. The best part was that Adrian was professional, took off his shoes without me asking and cleaned up all debris after he finished the job. I would highly recommend Adrian and his company to my neighbors and friends.
