We picked out several fixtures, only one was too big for the space. Even though it was a Close Out, non-returnable item, they took it back and let us pick out another chandelier. No hassle. I would recommend this business highly to anyone!

Susan Barrineau was my salesperson. She was great. She helped me select the right ceiling fans for our new house. They were delivered to our house at a nominal cost. I never even had to go into the store, which is great for us.

Ms. Susan Barrineaux was extremely helpful in designing our complete lighting needs in total remodeling of an old Charleston house. Understood are needs, worked the architects and helped oversee installation by electrician.

Teryn Meyer spent a lot of time helping me figure out a way to light an area in our apartment. I was unsure of what I wanted but she kept at it with good suggestions and we finally found a good solution: track-like bulbs on a long, flexible stem which we can direct as needed. Sometimes on art, sometimes where we read. Thanks, Teryn!

Our lighting consultant was Teryn Meyer. We remodeled our home and had an idea of the style of lighting fixtures we wanted but yet were unsure. Teryn took the time to review our drawings, pictures of some of our ideas, listen to our comments, and gave us a lighting direction. Wonderful experience! Thank you.

Erin was very accommodating and knowledgable in helping us find chandeliers that worked in our spaces. We are extremely happy with our selections. One globe was broken when we unpacked the product and it was replaced promptly with no questions asked. A great selection and really great prices. We had purchased two chandeliers from an on line vendor which we immediately returned . Wish we had first gone to Charleston Lighting.
