Please do yourself a favor and don't go to this practice. Everything from scheduling appointments to cleaning procedure to doctor's competence is terrible. Because I have a gum disease-I have to go for maintenance cleaning every 3 month. The procedure used to take 20-25 min. Now you go in for 5 min, the quickly clean your teeth, but still charge your insurance as deep gum cleaning. If you have to get filling or crown or some other procedure-good luck to get a price. They will tell you one thing, after you pay-they will send you another bill, another bill and it keep coming. And nobody can explain to you why you still paying for procedure you have done a year ago. And good luck to you if you have another family member with the same last name going to the same practice. They will mess up your account, they will post payment to the wrong account, they will send bill to the wrong insurance. Did I mention you will be treated differently if you happen to be elderly and have an accent and English is not your native language? They took advantage of my elderly parents and basically robbed them by making them pay for procedure which was already paid by their insurance. I can go on and on about this terrible practice. I am so glad my family got another insurance and can see other dentist now.
