CityMD Yonkers-Central Park Avenue Urgent Care - Westchester

I went in on a Saturday morning and was seen within 20 minutes. In spite of their recorded message saying they offered all CoVid tests, Dr Juan Gonzalez came in to do a PCR test and did not sanitize his hands and only put on gloves after I said something. He spent 15 minutes arguing with me about not giving me a blood test, which was covered by my insurance, then when he finally agreed, he sent in a medical student who stuck me twice, because she was not trained on finding a pulsating vein. I woke up with two huge horrible bruises. They agreed to fax the results to my surgeon on Monday morning, but did not ask me to sign a medical release form, so I insisted they find me one to avoid issues doing so and when the hospital called them, no one complied. I had to call back and wait on hold for a half hour for someone else to finally do it.
