Don’t trust them. They oversell tickets and refund you when you get there and leave you stranded last minute. They care more about profit then people. BEWARE. Going to miss my flight even though I bought my ticket days ago.

By far the worst experience ever! Anywhere! I was waiting for the bus driver at Logan airport at 5:50p for the driver to come for a scheduled 6:10p to drive me from Boston Logan airport to portsmouth, NH on Sunday dec 5. The bus came at around 6:00p but never made any announcement and never opened the bottom of the bus to collect my luggage. I even look straight at him, make eye contact and he just stands there as if he is waiting for others to show up. He then without announcement or talking to me gets into the bus and then turns his engine on as if to take off. I pound on the door to let me in, but then looks me straight in the eye, shrugs his shoulders as if to say “sorry your fault too bad” and then starts to take off. I went on the website and found the customer service number. I get a hold of a person named Shana and tell her I would like to make a complaint. When I proceed to tell her what happened she asks me if the bus driver made an announcement and I tell her no. She never apologized on the company’s behalf but simply says that she’s sure the driver did the right thing. I was shocked! I asked her if what the driver did was acceptable and she again defended the driver as if it was her her best friend. She then tells me that the manager is out of town until the following day and would take down my name and number and give it to the manager to call me back. She then told me if I wanted to write an email found on the website that the email would go directly to the VP. I ask her where on the website since I was looking right at it and I couldn’t find it. (I looked again and i still couldn’t find it- https://www.ridecj.com/contact/ ). She tells me in a belittling way to go to “contact us “ and it would be on the bottom of the page. She spoke to me in a belittling way but if it’s on there it’s hard to find. I asked her if she needed my info and she just proceeded to tell me she already had it somehow (guessing it was by caller ID) but because my whole experience woth the driver and the call was wanting and because i never received an apology i asked her if the call was being recorded for training and quality assurance and she simply tells me it wasn’t and that i was the one being rude (she got upset when i corrected her on the pronunciation of my name), that she was going to tell on the manager about my rudeness and hung up on me. The irony. Again the worst service anywhere but what do you expect from a company who doesn’t record conversations for training and quality control? Exactly what i got. Lesson learned. If you can travel with anyone else anyhow else please do so. You’ll thank me later.

Bus driver was extremely rude and over the top. I have always used this company for transport from Logan to Portsmouth. I will never ride again.
