Turn around and run away as fast as possible. They were hired to remediate a mouse infestation issue prior to closing on a house and did not do the job correctly. I called them up and had them come check the work. The person who came told me they shouldn't have taken the job because they're not equipped to do that sort of thing, that the employee who sold the job no longer works for him because he "wasn't working out" and they took the job as gesture of good will. I was also told to expect them back in a couple weeks to complete the cleanup.
5 weeks go by with no call and no visit. I was told that I'd have to pay to have them come out because the contract they signed was with the old homeowner. In the meantime I have bait traps scattered throughout my basement (which his employee also told me were illegally placed) and a basement still full of mouse poop. I just hung up with Justin who spent 12 minutes yelling at me for asking for free work. All I want is to be able to use my basement.
We thought they were a trusted pest control company, and needed the house cleaned since my wife is 7 months pregnant. They clearly have no respect for you, your home, your time, or the quality of the work they do. And based on several other reviews they burn through "incompetent" staff at a staggering rate. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
