Unfortunately I needed a professional Remediation and Restoration company NOW! My basement was flooding and I had just moved into my first home a month prior. I had all my furniture arranged, painted the walls, had my pictures hung and BAMMM, a leak behind the wall was literally flooding my dream home. On the verge of having a nervous breakdown, I pulled up Emergency Services Water Damage on the local BBB site and found Colorado Cleanup Services....THANK GOD! They took down the necessary information and immediately dispatched a crew to come to my house. The two young gentleman were extreme comforting to me and assured me they could take care of EVERYTHING I needed to return my new home to "like new" condition. They promptly got to work and explained what they were doing, why and gave me an approximate idea of how long the entire process would take. They also worked closely with my Insurance Company to make sure that communication flowed freely and that I wouldn't have any surprised at the end of the job. I had heard all kind of horror stories from a friend that your Insurance Company tells you who to use. I hadn't even thought of that but later found out that not only was Colorado Cleanup Services was on my Insurance Companies list of Preferred Vendors but that in Colorado your Insurance Company CAN NOT make you use "their" suggested company. There is something called the Insured Bill of Rights that states you can use ANY ONE you want....that's you absolute right in Colorado. Anyway, I was THRILLED with these guys. They did everything possible to calm me down and worked diligently to return my new home to pre-event condition. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!! Thank you CCS.....you guys ROCK!!!
