I had a dental emergency this week, I broke a wisdom tooth at lunch and was in excruciating pain. I called Columbia Dental because they were in walking distance of lunch and this was an EMERGENCY. I call ahead to let them know I’m having a dental emergency, I was asked to wait 45 mins before being seen. The assistant took x ray of my jaw and was very worried, the manager came in and said they couldn’t reach insurance. ( it’s 2 days before Christmas) So they made me to leave with a throbbing broken wisdom tooth, on foot to another dentist. Hippocratic oath doesn’t mean much to this practice. I’m writing you this review to say please don’t take yourself or your children to this practice.
