If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not a real ketamine clinic, this is a very sketchy business with people whose motive is exploiting people in need of help. I have received ketamine treatment at 2 other clinics in other states and would recommend the experiences I had at those clinics with actual medical professionals as nothing short of life changing. This place is nothing like that. I left scammed, crying, depressed and more traumatized than I came in. The only reason I unfortunately didn’t follow my gut and turn around as soon as I showed up to my appointment was because of my positive past experiences with ketamine. The office/front desk is already unsettling and uncomfortable and only gets worse when you get to the back rooms. The entire staff are genuinely some of the most off putting people I have encountered in a professional environment of any kind, especially a facility that is in any way medical or therapeutic. I did the same dose that I had done many times before in the 12 times I had done ketamine treatment, and this was on the low end of what I had done. However compared to a gradual increase and then decrease of the trip, I felt like it wasn’t affecting me for quite some time and then suddenly felt like an experience I had never had, assuming a k-hole. I felt like I was suffocating and eventually dying in my trip and couldn’t motion for help with my body, which I had never ever experienced before. Even when my IV was already taken out and the trip should have been coming to an end, I was still solidly in my trip for another hour and awoke having a panic attack and completely traumatired. Only to make things worse, my 1 hour appointment had already gone well over 2 hours, the business was now closed, the doctor was GONE, leaving only the front desk girl to “care for me”. Which was more traumatic on top of that that even though I could barely stand or see, I had my husband help me out of the building as quick as I could. To make matters worse, my husband immediately called the owner of this clinic, Clint, who apologized for my poor experienc, admitted that things were not as organized that day as they usually are and said he would give me a full refund. However he actually didn’t, he charged me for the infusion as well as a $200 “consultation fee” since I chose not to continue infusions. And when I texted him back saying that charging that fee was underhanded he never replied. This is easily the worst place I’ve been and deserves to be shut down to prevent serious lawsuits that are bound to occur with each day it stays open to the unsuspecting, vulnerable people of Nashville.
