For the premium MedPsych charges, I expect attention to detail, follow through and urgency, which was promised, but quickly ceased post onboarding. I’m disappointed and would not recommend services from MedPsych and Dr. Paul Wurst. The administrative team had issues with follow through on notes from the doctor, follow-up regarding scheduling appointments and consistent delays with refilling prescriptions. I raised this with the doctor and team, but the same items of concern continued, without acknowledgment or remorse. Patients should be treated with more respect.
