Will provide service your association wants and not done according to practice guidelines. If you want cheap you get cheap. Put asphalt down over existing driveways although problems with base underneath asphalt. Covered two cement sidewalk slabs with asphalt; looks like a low sloped wheelchair ramp. Will drain at the end of the sidewalk. Did it because not right but what Association wanted a cheap fix. Put in over my objection as a co-owner.
