Sad they don’t honor their word. Asked them to come out and fix a drain smell. They came out and Found a slab leak and I paid them almost 7k for that repair. Smell still there. Chris came back 2 days later and told me he would come back at no charge and do more to diagnose the problem. Just make an appointment. Fast forward - make the appointment and chad calls me to tell be it will be another 800 to run a test to try to find the smell. They also broke our retaining wall during repairs and didn’t bother to fix it or even apologize for it. Just tried to haphazardly place the stones back in place in hopes I wouldn’t notice it. Things got heated with chad and he still hasn’t even offered a single apology for his misrepresentation by his guys or for breaking our wall. Blames it on it’s a hard job and they need money and every customer is trying to get something for free. So buyer beware.
