Hands down my favorite place to work out. The WODS are always a challenge which I love and the atmosphere is electric! Drew Denny is a very knowledgeable coach and if you have a goal he'll help you get there. All fitness levels are represented there, from first-timers to competitive CrossFitters but it feels more like a pep rally than a competition! I recommend this box to anyone and everyone! I've been there since 2016!
