Crossroads Health serves those in need of mental health care and recovery support—at all ages and stages of life. We offer a spectrum of services, treatment, support and programs to the residents of Lake County. Because the stigma of mental health has lessened over the years, we’re seeing more people and families open to reaching out for help. It takes courage and we’re here for you!As a community-based 501(C)(3) nonprofit, we help any member of the community with a range of services, including early childhood services and in-school coaching, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, substance abuse programs, services within the criminal justice system, and support care to families and caregivers.
