Incredibly rude. I deeply regret giving them my business. The service side of CTS has been great when working with them, but my car is leaking oil after an oil change. but the sales side of their business, awful. what I believe sounds like a grown man (must have some manlyhood issues), hangs up the phone on customers inquiring about their service side of the business. I’m trying to schedule an appointment to have the service side fix the issue they did not properly complete, and he dismisses my call and HANGS UP THE PHONE. ON A CUSTOMER. Who taught him how to answer phones or run a business?? I wish I had his name to post in this review, but I’m sure he knows who he is. I called 10 minutes ago. I can GUARANTEE I will not be back at any CTS location nor will any of my family or Friends or Acquaintances.
Do better or find a job where you are not client facing.
