Everything on your end was fine, the lender contracts a service to arrange the mortgage payments, its there that it gets a little annoying, the service is a collection agency and takes pride in charging extra fees , for paying your mortgage on time, they won't even speak with a customer about this, they put into effect a system of charging $5 or $10, not fair at all, if you know of where I can find a path of recourse to deal with this, please advise, thank you
