We have used Paul's for years. This time was for a leaking water heater and a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit on our gas fireplace. Erik Sanchez arrived within the window, wire a mask, and was very personable. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the water heater leak as a loose connection and the pilot light as an accidental push of the on/off knob. Don't hesitate to use Paul's Anytime!
