I don't recommend moving to Grafton Park. For the first weeks or so there we no issues. Come Spring there were multiple thefts, three cars had their tires ripped off, and the office staff is nice but incompetent when challenged or questioned about issues. People that live here are generally nice, but some folks here can be mean.
