Shanna, Your knowledge regarding Pilates, the reformer and abs work is excellent! I am so thankful that I have had the ability to work with you for several years now. I have done all sorts of workouts (running, cardio, HIT, strength , swimming, etc) and it has been the Pilates that has had the best change on my body. I love the core strength that I have now from working with you. I love that you tailor the workouts to my needs which also includes some strength training while on the reformer.
