I have been purchasing fabrics from Toto Fabrics for several years. They are generous in sending samples so you know what you are getting. The fabrics that I have received are of excellent quality at a price that you could not get elsewhere. I have also used the Crypton fabric (so durable!) to make outdoor chair cushions which have lasted for years.
