The package must have been sitting for a long enough time somewhere...The crowns of Honeoye and Sparkle had enough pooled water in the plastic bags that they rotted. Just the facts or what I think happened to the crowns. It took 24 days for the USPost , that the package took from ( May 26,2021) to reach me in Calgary Alberta, Canada. (June 18th, 2021).It went zigzagging to Miami etc... I carefully took care of the bareroots from June 18th to July 07th ...But nothing survived. I had sent photos 3 times and also for to reclaim the USPS INSURANCE to Hand picked Nursery.Ghosted. Very bad customer service???? My e-mails and photos - 3 times were GHOSTED and NOT HONORING 1 TIME REPLACEMENT. Since it was INSURED !!!
