This company has lost all of our respect and future business. After a 25k project 1.5 years ago (which we initially thought went well—jokes on us!), we now have a crawlspace that needs significant repair. We understand that nobody is perfect and gave the company the opportunity to address the issues and repair the new damage; the result was subpar craftsmanship, follow-through (or lack thereof) that left much to be desired, and excuses from management. Customers beware of initial “rainbows and daisies” that hide future “storms and weeds”!
