Steve came over on very short notice to consult on a roof leak I experienced. It turned out to be something that didn't require his services to fix, yet he didn't charge me for the visit and technical analysis. What further impressed me was how honest and congenial he was throughout the service call. He also struck me as being very technically savvy while making his assessment. You just don't find people like this anymore. The whole experience had that small-town local professional feel to it.
