These are some of the most cooperative people to work with I have encountered in a long time. They work 24/7 it seems. You can reach someone almost any time. They worked exceptionally hard to assist me in locating the property I wanted. My only objection is there is no one on the ground where the properties are located that can help you find the properties. GPS can get you there, but the EXACT location is very elusive. If it weren't for a fence line, we would not have been able to zero in on our lot, which is beautiful and perfect for us, so I am not complaining. The only thing I would suggest for them to change about my experience is having someone there locally that can help to locate the lots in a very densely wooded area where, unless you know the area, is frustrating to navigate. The lots have water, electricity, and garbage pick-up available. If you like heavily wooded, very private, quiet, and wildlife, this is the place. The owner, Jason, is extremely cooperative and Kelsea goes out of her way to help you day and night. That girl works hard to help you find just what you want. If you don't mind having to really LOOK for the lots, this is the place to go and they are more than willing to help you from Florida, where they are actually located. Enjoy the adventure!!!!
