I came into Serendipity not knowing what I wanted in a dress. Jennifer was so patient and bubbly, making me feel at ease.As someone who’s terrible at decision making, I expected the process to be long and tedious. Jennifer felt like a long lost friend, guiding me along the way. First dress shop and I found my dress! Never thought I’d be a bride who cried but the waterworks flowed.
