Lisa is the trainer that I have needed to find all my life. I have tried to take the cheap gym route, but it doesn't keep me motivated like Lisa does. She breaks down each exercise and does them with you. She is very understanding of individual attention and needs. It helps to motivate me and makes me feel like she cares about my journey.
