Absolutely horrible.. asked for my beautiful Aussie service dog to have bath and nails trimmed. They took it upon themselves to trim all his undercoat out that had no tangles or matting issues Then when I called to complain they hung up on me. Unbelievably unprofessional‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
