For the most part, I love W&L. I love shopping there and finding all the great deals. I recommend it to everyone. The main thing I don't like about W&L is the steep, slippery, scary entrance. I have mobility issues and I'm actually afraid of the ramp. It's very treacherous in the rain. There is also one aisle that has a very large metal beam in the center that I cannot get my cart past. I have to go to the next aisle and come around the other side. Very frustrating.
