I ordered the monogrammed rocks glass with 2 coasters and a wine opener. The monogram etching on the glass came out crooked. They sent a replacement, it was crooked too. 1st time I used the wine opener it broke in half and I had to use pliers to get it out of the cork. They ended up finally refunding my money for the glass but I suggest you not waste yours. They didnt refund the price of shipping which after the groupon deal cost as much as the items. I wish I could upload pics of the poor craftsmanship this company put out not once, but 3 times.
