I have to say while I am extremely irritated with TRANE, I am amazed at the lengths A/C Solutions went to in order to make me a happy camper. Long story / short - I purchased a TRANE in 2004 and beginning in 2009 it has caused me a lot of stress by having to have major repairs. However, each time A/C Solutions has TRULY been ?the solution? by working with me, working with TRANE (while under warranty) and making sure we are comfortable as soon as possible. So when my TRANE goes out again, both A/C Solutions and I were frustrated because this unit has been babied, A/C Solutions went above and beyond when they replaced the 2nd compressor, new fluids, new lines, etc. The filters are changed regularly and I have a maintenance plan with A/C Solutions so are out inspecting and cleaning the unit often. Their service is incredible ? they call me in order to schedule the maintenance!! Anyway, I made the decision to dump the TRANE and have A/C Solutions put in a new unit (it was in the 90's that week). They basically squeezed me in their schedule and we had air in a very short time -- BTW I am STILL waiting to hear from TRANE?!?!?! If A/C Solutions had not stepped up and made a good offer on the new unit the house would still be in the 90 degree temperature range, not acceptable. From start to finish, A/C Solutions has held my hand through all of the repairs, maintenance, keeping me informed and most important they go the extra mile and make up for the trouble with TRANE (which is in NO way A/C Solutions problem). They made sure I had a unit with a 10 year warranty, have given me an extra security blanket by adding a surge protector to my unit and promise to continue to service and baby this unit as well. I HIGHLY recommend A/C Solutions; they are honest and deal with their customers with integrity; who else would make up for the shortcomings of other companies.
