This company goes above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. For the past years with my rental home I have used 3 other carpet cleaners in this area. They all were terrible. Bob was 10 minutes early and ready. He spent time discussing my options and giving me details of his procedures. The Cleaning was like no other. Not even close. I am a huge cheerleader for Lake Geneva Carpet Cleaning! He's worth every dollar.
