Received a notice that my item has shipped on a Monday and called on Friday because tracking showed a label has been printed but it had not been shipped. Cancel this order and they shipped it to me anyway. Now I have to pay to return it. Ordered from do it your self and receive my product in three days. Unprofessional and very poor customer service!
