If I could give a negative 0 I would. Order placed on Dec 6 its Jan 11 and order still has not shipped. Company wont cancel or refund me. The items were holiday gifts that I never received. No live customer service person. Auto response to email saying they received a lot of orders so instead of stopping to take orders or be honest with customers that order wont be delivered as guaranteed they left ccustomers with no gifts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
