Every day with Curated Medical was like a kick in the crotch. The only time one sees willful incompetence at this level is when a business is an actual front for something shady. I have no idea what these idiots are up to, but offering quality healthcare isn’t one of them. So, I sent an email to the team at the behest of my treating M.D., who has since left the practice, to point out gaping flaws in my care. I was "let go" as patient 48 hours later in retaliation. My treating M.D. asked me to point out lack of masking by the staff, the front buzzer never working, and support staff's inability to do the simplest things, like the common practice of submitting records to another doctor's office. These were mammoth tasks to them, and required daily follow up from me-to no avail. There are a million better psych practices in New York. Any of them, and I can't stress this enough, would be better than Curated. I have every intention of reporting them to the relevant agencues that oversees health care in New York State. Stay away. You deserve better. Oh, and the glowing reviews for them on Google are fake. They had my review, this very one, flagged by Google even though it was an actual review from a real patient. They think they are getting over, so I am posting this here, and anywhere else they can't influence their rating. Lastly, a flurry of five-star bot reviews mysteriously appeared just hours after I had left a one-star google review. Making up patients to skew their rating is one of the more unethical things I've ever seen a doctor do. You're supposed to do no harm. Or is that a lie, too?
