Due to no fault of Better Flood we were on a very tight time schedule. Caleb was able to quote and issue a policy within a few hours, making sure we hit our deadline for closing. He was working around connection issues, bad signal and an all around crazy day . I am very very grateful for his patience, hard work and flexibility. I have no experience with claims with this carrier so I cannot comment on value and quality. I hope I never will.
