The classes at Burn are amazing! It's much better than going to a gym that I am used to. You sweat more and work out on everything. The instructors there are very informative and comfortable to talk to. They answer any questions you have whether it is about nutrition, workouts, recipes and more. I love Burn and the energy you get from going to each class!
