I rarely do such a long review- especially when it is a negative review. However; I feel strongly about expressing my feeling and have waited 22 days so I would not be as angry when I wrote the review. My experience with this salon was horrific. If there were a way to give a zero star rating, I would. Vivien did not 'listen'. She talked over you and rather loudly. My goal was to have the shorter lengths of hair more manageable. What she did was shred-up my hair. I still have the same problem, only now my real hair is fried-I still must pull my hair up in a ponytail and wear hats- something I was trying to get away from- the hair frizzes, and looks like it went through a paper shredder. When she cut my bangs, I asked her to not please not texturize the hair, just dust off- I wanted my bangs just barely above my eyebrows. OMG- she turned me away from the mirror to cut my bangs and I ended up looking like a first grader whose mom cut her bangs- it was awful. In order to 'fix' it- she said we could comb more hair down and cut new bangs- what professional stylists would do that? Then, while I was talking to her, she turned her back on me and walked away. I've since gone to another hair studio- even they were shocked, and yes, my hair is a mess. 2800.00 flushed down the tubes for a terrible hair extension job. My advice- stay away from this place and this stylist.
