BUYERS BEWARE!! I never write reviews, but this business is so bizarre, i have to warn for the good of the other sake! DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE YELP 5 STAR REVIEWS!! THEY SUCK YOUR MONEY BEYOND REASON! 1) They take advantage of people who does not know pool chemistry, if you are someone who can understand pool chemistry, they will stop the service for you as its not profitable for them as they can not charge you for silly things 2) I paid them 650$ for pool re-fill and chemical balance of the pool, where they do not even fill the pools we need to do it, and took more than 4 weeks to balance the pool chemistry. But guess what invoice comes even before the service done, and she has no clue if that chemical is added or not, so if you are not home, you are getting overcharged for service that's done 3) Zero communication between POOL Service guys and the management team, when I said the POOL is not balanced even after the fourth week, the owner has no clue what's going on, and the most idiotic thing is they are ready to charge for monthly. Maintenance where they did not even complete the service for the 650$ I have paid. Just bizarre company, they take advantage of people who does not know much about the pool chemistry and screw them over with very high prices for such shitty service they provide. 4) They forgot to add calcium but charged me for that, so I had to call every-time to get the invoice fixed. The new pool service team fixed the chemistry in a week because guess what they know what POOL chemistry means!! 6) They have hired bunch of cheap labor and taught them basics of the pool chemistry and send them for service. You will be lucky if you got someone who understands and does the balance methodically. 7) They asked me to drain the pool complete pool, if you ask any professional they would say partial drain is enough, but these suckers has no clue and kept on saying that it easy to fix chemistry, I am glad that plaster did not get damaged, but having pool empty for hours can cause the plaster damage and as expected they have no clue whatsoever. I warn any of you to go with this company, if you are remotely smart and half a peanut size brain, you can figure that they are not really that good at pool maintenance and just sucking up the money.
