This service is an absolute scam and a huge waste of money. They never pay their independent contractors on time and they are the ones doing the work. I know personally they left a family without hot water for weeks before the repair was made. Their customer service with contractors is horrible and they expect them to pay for everything out of pocket and then site and wait to be reimbursed and paid for the job...and at the same time continue to do more and burying themselves in debt to where RentVue owes them thousands. Nothing is practical and they completely r*** renters and homeowners for the "service" that flat out sucks.
