Rude and unreliable. I had an appt that was scheduled over a week kn advance. Then I got evacuated from the fire in Estes park. So I rescheduled for the following week. Then no one showed up so I called and she said they had to schedule because someone called in and work from the fire. I had my appt before the fire. Then she hung up on me. Then she texted me and said they didn’t have to come at all. I called back and text to no avail. They had said they’d come tomorrow or later in the day but never heard back after numerous attempts on my part to contact them. Plumbers are in such high demand the staff can just be rude to standing customers. Basically their attitude is that it doesn’t matter if they are rude and keep cancelling you should be lucky to get them to come out.
