Overall, I have had really good experience with this company since retaining them; especially, the Senior Marketing Sucess Manager. I have struggled to rectify a lot of the on-boarding process as I am still catching website mistakes that should have been caught in the quality control final process. Granted, I have a tight-turn around due to a pre-existing work deadline committed-to before I signed on with Marketing 360; but it should have been a more thorough process as I have no problem rolling-up my sleeves. The website went live with two different phone numbers listed, a navigation bar missing from the mobile version on the page, as well as the payment page missing (which was present when I gave final approval.) No one is perfect; but if words such as "quality review" are going to be thrown around, please make sure it is just that. I do look forward to working with this company moving forward as I said, the rest of my experience thus far has been above-par.
